1. No matter if you bought it from our catalog or cherubimfood.com, every purchase can be returned or exchanged.
2. Every item we sell can be returned for a full refund.
3. Our computer system keeps a record of your purchases so you don't have to. Just bring in any purchase within 20 days of purchase and we'll refund it or exchange it. No questions. No hassles. No kidding. 
 
ALL RETURNS MUST have a “Return Authorization Letter" through our website(You need to create a profile on our website if you don't have). Carefully repack the item with all instructions and documentation in its original container and mail back Prepaid UPS or insured U.S. Mail with Return Authorization Letter. We will refund shipping costs as a credit for future purchase on items which we determine to be defective or for shipping errors on our part.

FREE SHIPPING is only valid and provided at no cost on orders that are accepted for deliver by the customer and not returned or refused. Orders refused or returned DO NOT qualify for Free Shipping and will incure the full cost of shipping both to and from the customer and any storage fees. Customer will be refunded the balance between amount paid less all shipping costs.

Current processing time for most non-can food orders is currently taking 6-14 business days to ship. Orders with #10 canned foods or units are taking approx. 2 to 3 weeks to ship due to EXTREMELY high customer demand, food production shortages and market volatility.
